Flouride Treatments

Preventive Services

Fluoride is important for teeth because it will strengthen the enamel and root surfaces, making it more difficult for cavities to begin. In our office we feel so strongly about the benefits of fluoride that both our children and adults receive fluoride treatments every six months at no extra charge.
During a pediatric exam, Dr. Vetter checks for plaque and teaches the child how to brush properly before applying a flouride treatment.
